Custom products are made to order and are not eligible for return, exchange or cancellation. Custom orders are put into production and are specially made to Your order specifications. 

However, if we didn't start literaly manufacturing Your order You are able to change or cancel Your order. But, if we did design on mold or we start with designing/molding we will charge You this costs. For this reason You pay 50% price in advance.

At leaste You can ask to check what we think about Your targeted price. But, we produice uniqe piece of art just for You on traditional way of hand made technics.

Time to manufacture Your order can take minimun 2 Months.

This doesn't mean that we produice one par of shoes 6o days and more, that means we have some clients who ordered our service before You.

Sometimes we can remade someting what You already have. So, don't throw away so quickly Your old item.
